I am a marketing technology consultant. My specialization is applying information technology, especially Internet technology to sales and marketing. From this perspective, I am more of a business person than a technology person. I view every bit of technology from the perspective of the business. To stretch it, I think of the customer while planning to design and deploy any technology tool or service. While many software designers focus from the end user perspective, I see it from their customers' view, which is amazingly different. CRM, email marketing and web analytics are some of the areas of my current focus.
